How I Interpret Dreams

Dream interpretation is an art. Over the years, I have developed my own approach, which combines elements of various dream theories, symbolism, and intuition.

Symbols and Archetypes: I start by identifying the symbols in your dream. These are common themes, images, or characters that appear across different people’s dreams and often carry a universal meaning.

For example, water often symbolizes emotions, and a house might represent the self.

Context: Next, I consider the context in which these symbols appear. The setting, the interactions, and your emotions during the dream are all crucial for understanding its meaning.

Personal Associations: Finally, I consider your personal associations with the symbols in your dream. For example, a dog might be a symbol of loyalty for many people, but if you have a fear of dogs, it could represent something entirely different for you.

By combining these three elements, I aim to provide an interpretation that is as personalized and accurate as possible.

Disclaimer

Please remember, I am not a psychologist. My interpretations are based on years of personal experience and study, and are meant for guidance and entertainment purposes only.

Dreams are highly individual, and my interpretations may not always resonate with your personal experiences or feelings. Always trust your own intuition and, if needed, seek professional advice.

  1. I was sitting at my backyard, when suddenly a loud “meow” caught my attention. I looked around and saw a small black kitten peeking through the fence. It looked lost and scared, so I decided to approach it slowly. What this dream could mean? I feel like it has a significant meaning.

    • Your dream could symbolize a call to pay attention to your emotions or a situation that seems small but might be important.

The backyard setting represents a personal space, the loud “meow” suggests a need for attention, and the small black kitten could symbolize something in your life that is currently feeling lost or overlooked.

Your choice to approach it slowly indicates a thoughtful and caring approach to this situation or emotion.

Overall, the dream might be telling you to be attentive and compassionate to smaller aspects of your life or emotions that are calling out for your attention.

  2. In my dream I was walking in a forest and I found myself on a path leading to a large house. Inside the house, I found a group of people sitting in a circle and inviting me to eat. We all ate some delicious food and then they asked me to share my thoughts with them. As soon as I spoke, I woke up. What could this mean?

    • Your dream suggests personal growth, a sense of belonging, and the value of your voice.

Walking in the forest represents life’s journey, the house symbolizes new opportunities, and eating with a group shows companionship and support.

Being asked to share your thoughts highlights that your opinions are valued, though waking up indicates there’s still more for you to discover about yourself.

  3. dreamed a dream this morning. I saw in the distance 2 white lions. When they saw me, they started coming towards me. From previous dreams, I suppose, lions were chasing me; very stressful, so as my inclination to run, I did. I tried to get to this place where they could not get me. I don’t know, for sure if I made it, but I didn’t feel stressed or fearful.

    • It sounds like you had a very special dream! White lions are often seen as symbols of strength, courage, and nobility.

Seeing them in your dream could mean that you have these qualities within yourself, and they are getting stronger and closer to you.

It’s a great sign that you are growing and becoming more powerful in a good way.

  4. In the dream I am visiting a restaurant/pub with a big garden. I want to see the garden as it’s famous for it. The way leading to the garden is trough wooden door which is served by a member of staff. Small person dressed in a “circus” outfit. Walking out in the garden what strikes me is that the staff has washed their uniforms. Trousers. All trousers, dripping wet, hanging everywhere. Mainly grey, maybe brown too. All male. I don’t mind, but what bothers me, is that they all have folded the trousers in the middle. They have hung them up in “double layer”. My thought is “only if they unfold them, they will be dry so much faster “!

    • Visiting a restaurant/pub with a renowned garden in your dream represents your desire to explore and enjoy beautiful and well-known places.

The big garden signifies growth, prosperity, and the joy of life. It sounds like you are on a journey of discovering beauty and happiness in the world around you. The wooden door and the staff member in a circus outfit suggest that this journey might be filled with fun, excitement, and a touch of the unexpected.

Seeing the staff’s washed uniforms, especially the trousers, hanging everywhere could be a symbol of transparency and cleanliness.

It shows that the people around you are open and honest, creating a trustworthy environment. Your concern about the trousers being folded and not drying quickly enough indicates your attention to detail and your caring nature.

  5. I dreamed of a baby highland cow. It wanted so bad to come into my house. I was in my childhood home I grew up in. He was so sweet and wanted my affection. I had went into my bedroom and opened the window to get some air and the cow was still there. It’s behavior much like a puppy. It tried to reach me and it would jump to my window and its hooves would cling to the ledge and look at me hoping I would give him attention and affection. It was the sweetest cow. So loving. I remember its sweet eyes looking at me. My thoughts were “I can’t let a cow into the house, but really wanted to love the cow and care for it.” (Earlier in my dream and completely separate I dreamed of swimming near whales. They were black and white. I felt no fear just interest.)

    • Seeing a baby highland cow in your dream, especially one that is acting like a sweet, affectionate puppy, is a very positive sign. This dream reflects your open heart and your ability to give and receive love.

The cow’s desire to be near you, in the home you grew up in, symbolizes comfort, love, and security. It shows that you have a strong foundation and are in touch with your inner child, embracing innocence and pure affection.

The fact that you wanted to care for the cow, despite thinking it’s not practical to bring it inside, reflects your compassionate nature.

You have a big heart and a strong desire to help and nurture others, which is a wonderful quality. Your ability to recognize the cow’s sweetness and your desire to connect with it shows that you are in tune with your emotions and are capable of forming deep, meaningful relationships.
